Alumni Admissions
The Alumni Admissions Committee helps Penn State recruit qualified undergraduate students from the Chicagoland area by talking with college-bound students and providing information to local high schools.
What do Alumni Admissions Committee (AAC) members do?
• Attend local college fairs across Chicagoland as a representative of Penn State.
• Contact local students who have received offers of admission to share experiences and answer any questions the students may have.
• Participate in the AAC's offer reception, held each spring for students offered admission to Penn State..
What is the time commitment for this committee?
Each event (college fair, offer reception) is about a three hour commitment. Autumn college fair season runs from September through November and the spring season occurs March though May.
Chapter members interested in volunteering for this committee should contact Alumni Admissions chair, Nicole Windsor.
