If you are headed to the Northwestern game and you don't know where to park, consider one of these options.
Penn State Alumna Joanne Zolomij has reported her real estate company, Koenig & Strey, provides parking in their lot for NU games. The donation is $20 and the money raised is divided between Evanston branch librairies and the YWCA Women's Shelter. Koenig & Strey is located at 2528 Green Bay Road in Evanston, just south of Central Street and a 10-15 minute walk to the stadium.
You may also park for free in the Garrett Church parking lot, located at 2121 Sheridan Road in Evanston, just below the intersection of Sherdian Road and Garrett Place. This is the location of the chapter's official tailgate. It's about a 25 minute walk to the stadium, but free shuttle busses do stop outside the parking lot and provide transportation to the stadium. These buses run continually beginning two hours before kickoff until approximately one hour after the end of the game.
