Our chapter enjoyed hosting a great tailgate with the Central Iowa and Central Illinois Penn State chapters last Saturday. Over 50 people attended all the way from Minneapolis, Iowa, Illinois, and even State College!

A huge thanks to Chris Duerwachter for working with Byron's to bring their amazing brats and burgers on the road! And thanks to Peggy Chaplinsky from the Central Iowa chapter for bringing the Penn State cornhole and ladder games!

Things got pretty exciting when the Big Ten Network showed up and started filming our tailgate! You'll be able to catch it at 8 PM this Friday on the Big Ten Network.

And another huge thanks goes to Charlie Carter for getting our block of tickets. We were in the first row right behind the Nittany Lion and the Penn State cheerleaders! Despite the outcome of the game, we couldn't have asked for better seats. Several chapter members were caught by ABC/ESPN's broadcast cameras.

Thanks to everyone that attended. It was great to expand our midwestern Penn State family!
